The Performing Arts Space at Sharrow School, is a fantastic purpose-built facility for the practice and rehearsal of a variety of creative and performance arts related activities including dance, drama and music.
It offers a sound-proofed hall supporting excellent acoustics, and a sprung dancefloor, with the added benefit of under-floor heating during the winter months. The hall can hold a capacity of up to 30 adults for a physical activity.
The facility also has DJ equipment in the studio room for the delivery of basic DJ classes to small groups.
As well as the main rehearsal hall and the studio room, the performing arts space also has male and female changing rooms (with showers), kitchen facilities, disability access/facilities and a car park.
The facility is available for hire after school until 9:30pm on weekdays, and all day until 6pm at the weekend. The performing arts space is also available throughout all school holidays.
