Graves Park

On a lovely autumn day we visited Graves Park to gather ideas for our upcoming Art Day. We took part in a leaf identification activity and collected all sorts of natural objects that we thought we could use in our art. The colours were amazing - there were so many beautiful greens, browns, reds and yellows to choose from. We each ended up with a bag crammed full of stuff! We also went on a long walk around the park and through the farm – with only a few complaints about tired legs. After lunch and a quick game of football, we headed down through the woods all the way to the bus stop. We were a little tired when we got back to school, but we had had a terrific day and gathered loads of inspiration for Art Day.
